Elizabeth was very attentive and responded very quickly, polite and patient, even when I felt I might be bothering her with too many little details until the image got made basically to what I had in my mind. Our time zone difference was 12 hours, but in a way that actually kind of worked well.

Logo sent doesn’t really represent my brand. Described my brand , but not sure if seller understood the concept behind it. It look more like someone just threw vectors together along with the brand name and call it a logo. Not a lot of creativity goes into it. I wanted something that is romantic and fairytale like..... logo sent didn’t have any of those meaning.
