Good cimmunication and delivery but the social media kit is just the same as the original product just with a little added graphic.

There was a bit of a language barrier, but that's to be expected. I still had to make a couple of revisions in Adobe Illustrator myself once I got my final revision, but that was because I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't feel like trying to explain it again. I'm not great at Illustrator, which is why I outsourced the service, but I still wish I didn't have to take it back into the software myself. Overall, I would recommend the service again. There were relatively quick response times and the product was delivered as promised.

This came out better than I imagined it. Kudos to the artist knowing what I would like before I did.
