SELLER DOESN'T LISTEN, TAKES YOUR MONEY, SENDS YOU THE WRONG FILE, THEN GOES AROUND ASKING FOR MORE MONEY TO SEND YOU THE CORRECT FILES. I AM NOT HAPPY NOR SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

I reached out to the seller with a general description of what I was looking for and she was nice enough to customize a package for me based on what I needed. She was extremely responsive and made revisions as requested. I absolutely LOVE my final results and would work with this seller again.

The seller was very punctual and responsive. I'm not sure if there was a communication issue but it took a few messages back and forth to understand what we wanted. I sent photos of our product so she understood what we sold but she still made incorrect illustrations. I had to search google images in the end to give examples of our product. I was hoping for a logo that would stand out but didn't get that so still not overly happy with the end result as it seems very basic like I could do it - not sure if I will use the logo.
